About the event
This event is one of our Ocean Explorer Workshops that are running throughout 2025. These workshops are thanks to funding from sea-changers. You can find out more about the wonderful work that they do here at: https://www.sea-changers.org.uk/
This particular event will be focused on ocean pollution, the marine wildlife it affects and what can be done to help. During the workshop there will be opportunity for you to play you part as a good citizen and help to pick up and survey litter lying along the foreshore to prevent it being washed into the ocean and endangering our coastal and ocean wildlife. For this reason, please book spaces for everyone attending, including adults, so that we can arrange to have sufficient litter picking equipment.
You will also be able to engage in a range of outdoor activities that will teach about ocean pollution.
